Avoiding Politics in Jamaica

Hello J,

Thanks for saying it like you see it. I just have to say these things though.

Wouldn’t you like to see Another Way, in JAMAICA?

One where when people have problems they can all get together and sort it out and everybody leaves happy. That cannot happen if we all allow the present way in which politics is conducted to continue.

I am just a simple man like you and your family members. I have decided to stand for a Jamaica that is kind, just, loving and considerate of the troubles that people have. Most times we hear how we cannot afford this and that but we all know it is not true.

How will the truth be know if we leave who are there to keep telling us anything?

How do we help ourselves and our children have a greater tomorrow when we pretend what’s happening is not happening?

This is not meant to get you involve directly but to cause you to think about what would happen if all of us do what you are doing. Then for sure anything will happen. We can do better than that. We must for our sakes and for our children.

Thanks for listening.

    From J,

I really n’ truely understand ur concern n’ funny enough… I share some of the same views, but what the hell as long as I don’t get a child I really don’t care if I live or die under this hardship. I know I cud be that i person who’s needed to put the change in full effect but guess what???… I really don’t care.

    May God bless us all.

    Yes J,

So many of our citizens eventually begin to feel the way you do. I just want to apologize for a the system that has caused you and so many others to be of this view.

I do spirituality counseling and find that so many are falling over the edge of the Jamaica’s caring cliffs. The real shame comes in when we realize that we are not only failing our citizens in not only politics. The Justice system, the Commercial system, the Education system, the Health system and interestingly enough the systems to monitor these systems are going down as well.

I spend this time to reply for it is truly a joke the way how we as a people pretend. We pretend that we are actually getting ahead in our personal lives when so many around us are simply hungry. And there are no safety nets in place to know about them let alone to catch them. So so much is a joke in our society today.

J one love and walk good. Your path is yours alone and let no man turn you towards any other. But remember that within you is where your answers are to be found. Peace and one love – Jamaican Brother of mine.
